Onslow Oceanfront is a mixed use oceanfront development for Elberton Property, in response to the ev-er-growing demand for housing in the Onslow township, which has become a major hub for the North West LNG industry.

The project has ocean views in a central town location opposite the famous Beadon Bay hotel. It spans over two large lots, taking advantage of the central right of way for vehicle entry.

It consists of 18 one and two bedroom apartments primarily at first floor level, with six commercial units at ground level addressing the important intersection with Onslow’s main street Second Avenue and stretching down Simpson Street. All of the apartments have ocean views, with those facing First Avenue having the best aspect to the Indian Ocean and Beadon Bay to the North. The 50sqm one bed apart-ments and 60sqm two bed apartments all have off-street parking, separate storerooms and private balconies.

Each apartment or commercial tenancy was designed as a separate module fully construed off-site and transported to the remote town. The modules are spaced and stacked to create a homogenous final form that positively contributes to the rapidly changing built environment of Onslow.
