Set on a sloping block in the hills above Dunsborough, this site looks North-East across Geographe Bay and to the lights of Busselton beyond. Off the rear of the site a generous stand of Jarrah and Marri trees provide a wonderful backdrop for the building to sit against, cooling the prevailing south-westerly winds as they pass through them.

The 3x1 fabABODE standard modular building design was adopted to suit these unique site conditions, with extended covered deck areas providing ample out-door living space, connecting to internal space through corner stacking glass doors.
