Situated at the entrance to the Springdale Beach subdivision East of the Denmark township, property develop LWP Properties commissioned this fabABODE standard as a sales office for Stage 1 of their subdivision. It was later sold to a private buyer. The standard 3bedroom 1bathroom fabABODE product was modified to include additional covered deck areas, and features unique to a sales office that were easily reversed for subsequent sale. Fabricated off-site the modules were delivered on two trucks and simply placed on site in their final resting position, with minimal earth works and on-site interventions.
