Designed to initially operate as a sales and display office for LWP properties in their final land release at Ellenbrook, this building has also been designed to be relocated to another part of the land subdivision to be used for another purpose, most likely a multi-purpose hall space, in the future. As such prefabrication was a key consideration for the design, to enable relocation. 

The building design was put through the required local authority approvals, then tendered to a select specialist prefab building contractors, and awarded to Nordic Homes to build. Delivered in March 2014, it now operates as a sales and display office, with specialist display fitout, with an outlook to new man-made lake and landscape surrounds.
