The 2 apartment projects in the new Landcorp subdivision, Mandurah Junction, have recently been grant unconditional Planning Approval from the City of Mandurah. Incorporating off-site modular construction techniques, the projects incorporate 8 units in a 2 storey configuration in one, and 9 units in a 3 storey configuration in the other. They have been designed to have quite differing appearances, by utilising built form and building materials in differing configurations. These 2 projects continue the a+a macliver studio's development of pre-fabrication technologies as a viable building alternative, one that saves valuable construction time and costs to the site developers. 

The off-site fabrication process involves the development and approval of a product prototype, which is currently underway. Rigorous compliance processes are being followed, and product testing, ensuring that the modules are not only fit for design purpose, but can withstand the rigours of travel and assembly on site. Our extensive knowledge with this process adds significant value to the procurement of these unique building types.
